This was the second time in a year that Caliber Collision has provided the service to repair my Acura. I am extremely satisfied with the work they have consistently performed on my car. They kept me in the information loop throughout. Bob, the manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The repair part took forever to get, but they kept me informed. I knew they were doing everything possible. I am sold on Caliber, as is my family.

The last replacement part took over 3 months to be delivered. Bob, at Caliber, kept me informed of the status weekly. The work was completed to perfection. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new. This was the second time in a year that I have had to rely on Caliber. When I choose them the second time, it was deliberate. They took great care of me the first time.

brought my brand new truck in for a dent in the passenger door and they put a dent in the drivers door and nobody said a word about it. luckily my wife seen it before leaving the parking lot. they did wind up fixing the dent since they are the ones that dented it but i was really unhappy with the whole situation

I was satisfied from the first day that I went to the place. The general manager took me to the rental car place because he informed me that early in the morning, I may be waiting awhile. Now that is good business. The young lady name Ivanka was very helpful as well. I know that I messed up her name. She was chipper and enthusiastic whenever she assisted me, or just kept me informed until the day that my vehicle was ready. I will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone that I know. Great job, and great people.

The entire staff was very informative & helpful. The key element being that it was natural, they REALLY WANTED to be that way. Bob drove me to the car rental agency to get a rental & I was able to leave the rental @ Caliber when my car repair was completed. Ivanka was very patient, helpful & informative when I had a question. Will definitely recommend them to family & friends! Thanks again.
