All of the folks in the office were extremely nice. I even got a ride home after dropping off my car and didn't need a rental car that day! Every time I called, all of my questions were answered clearly with kindness. I appreciated text status updates. When an accident on my commute caused a delay and I had to pick up my car right at closing time, Karen stayed late to help me. Repairs are outstanding, quality work and I can't tell it was ever damaged!

The office staff was so caring and professional. One of them even drove me home so I didn't need to get a rental car! They communicated via calls and text every step of the way. Karen stayed late so I could pick up my car. Outstanding service!

I not only feel but know that caliber collision was over charging for parts for my vehicle. The estimate was totally ridiculous. ie.. They was sayin 1 headlight cost $1,000. Cadillac themselves wasn't even charging that. I went on-line to carparts.com where I could purchase 2 brand new CAPA certified headlights for $750.00. The front bumper all 3 peices $245.00 best value auto body the fender $210.00 the fog light $45.00 carparts.com or the bumper n 2 fog lights $165.00 carparts.com.... if you want to go used..... in Michigan the bumper same color $200.00 the fender Washington same color shipped to my front door $400.00. Control arms $200.00 outter tire rod ends $100.00 inners $100.00 sway bar links/ bushings $30.00. This vehicle could have easily been put back together to it's original entirely no more then $5,500

I was informed of the status of my vehicle - even when there was a delay wkth one of the parts I received a call from Bob. When I finally got it back - IT WAS CLEAN and it is driving really smooth. I am 100% satisfied and would totally recommend to my family and friends. Thank you!!! .

I am not happy with the work that was done. The lines don’t match up. The side of the fender is sticking out a little bit. It will be going back in to get that fixed.

Bob was so kind, polite and informative. He called and informed of the step by step process as they were doing the repairs. Walt made sure he communicated with the insurance adjuster to insure that my vehicle would be completed as the date promised. The entire team was professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is seeking repairs.
