Repairs to outer body of my vehicle looked pretty close to its original look. Cant tell it was ever in an accident.

The people were helpful each time i spoke with them on the phone and in person. Not sure if this part fall under customer service or repairs but there was dirt and some kind of substance left on the inside of the windows and on the inside paneling. They did spray some kind of air freshner in the inside so it looked as if it was fully cleaned and they probably did clean it some. Just missed some areas that immediately jumped out at me.
