I would have given a 10 cause the body work and paint job are perfect, however when putting my tire on the new rim, they didn't seal it and I woke up with a flat tire the next morning

I put my initial on vehicle transfer becuasse the shop say they might need to talk to a mechanic and now the shop say they want to take that as authorization to repair and that is not my plan. We did not agreed for the shop to repair my car all I wanted was an estimate.
