I never received a call about any updates on where my car stood as far as being completed and I had the bumper completely replaced and why that looks good I have moisture (water) in both headlights.. I will need to contact Calibur to have that straightened out.!!

I never received a call about my car until it was complete 2 weeks later..! I didn’t even receive a call that it was in hand when I left the key over night or how long it would be until it was complete. I had to call each time

I'm really satisfied with caliber collision they really did a good job with my Chevy 2017 trax after my deer accident on 12/14/19 it's like a brand new truck there team really did a very good job on it and very professional. they always send you a text update on everything no matter how busy they are they always keep you up to date with everything.
