Extremely happy with every aspect of the service! I can’t thank Shaun, Kathy and the whole team enough from an easy drop off to FANTASTIC pick up. My car looks better than when I bought it they even touched up a couple small spots before they could rust. They even vacuumed the grass out of my front floor boards! A 2 day repair quotation turned into almost 2 weeks. I got different stories from Caliber and the Allstate appraiser regarding some of the delays. No apology from caliber when discussed at car pickup.
