Shawn’s communication was fantastic. My Jeep was completed 2 weeks sooner than estimated. The paint looks like glass and expertly blended. Incredible experience!! Macedon location rocks!!!

They got me in and they got me out within a week, not even. I didn’t have that much damage luckily but they handled it so fast I was shocked. Did a beautiful job on my car , even cleaned the inside of it which I was not expecting so that was an awesome treat. I dealt with Sherrie and let me tell you she is awesome, I wasn’t even supposed to be at that location and when I showed up she helped me transfer everything over (luckily they took my insurance) I didn’t have to do anything. I will say the place is out of the way from me but the drive is so worth it.

The team was amazing. They kept me 100% informed the entire way and couldn't have been more helpful. Really liked the daily text updates on the progress and where the repairs stood. The entire process was transparent and while hope i never explode a deer with my truck again, if I do, I'll be back to caliber

Caliber was quick, easy and kept me up to date through the entire process. They were able to quickly locate replacement driver side doors for my 2008 4Runner and matched the paint up perfectly. When I got my car back it was in as good of shape as it was before the accident.

I can say the best collision auto body shop I have seen. Got my car back before the estimated finish time. The paint on and repair job was excellent. It looks better than I would have expected. The lady at the counter in macedon, Is super nice and helping

Sherri made everything so seamless and easy for me! After the stress of hitting a deer, caliber really put my mind at ease! They were extremely responsive and helpful with absolutely everything.
