I was able to schedule with Caliber collision within 3 days of my accident, they kept me informed throughout the process. I was actually able to pick up my vehicle earlier than anticipated and it was returned in immaculate condition. Every person I spoke with during the process was extremely polite. Genuinely an amazing experience.

The team at caliber is top notch. My car was hit by a deer and required a good amount of work. It was done and returned in great condition in under 2 weeks. Cathy was extremely professional and communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them

I am sending this message in regards of the work I had done on my Honda Ridgeline. Cathy O’Neill and her crew at the Macedon store went above and beyond to make sure that I knew exactly what they were doing to my car. I knew when they started the work to when they finished and every step in between, and with Cathy you understood or she would go over it until you did. I don’t know about your other stores but I would recommend the Macedon store to any of my family and friends. They can see the suburb job that they did to you would never known anything was wrong, and I had the new sky blue color. It must not have been very easy to match. with a scale of one to 10 I give them a 20.
