Shawn was amazing! He kept me up to date with all the activity in my vehicle that was there due to a little accident. I had a predicted timeline, I knew where all the parts came from and exactly what was being completed. I’d 100% recommend the Macedon location for anyone’s repairs.

This place is awesome! I was so worried about handling my payment but everyone there was so patient and understanding. Cathy did such an amazing job of calming down the situation (aka me) and pointed me in the right direction. The young associate at the front desk was also very kind and showed me patience that I hope to see in other places. This specific location has outstanding employees, which is what makes it so amazing. Thank you guys!
