Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. They kept me updated about my car and answered any questions I had along the way, which I really appreciated. When I got my car back, the repair looked amazing and you couldn’t even tell anything had happened. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Phenomenal job on the repairs. The car looked perfect, inside and out. Steering wheel was off by one notch after a steering alignment, but it was easy to miss if it wasn’t your daily and they offered to get it corrected at any point on my convenience. Highly recommend this team

The Caliber team was incredible friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during this time. They provided all required repairs in a timely manner and done well. When the paint was found chipped in the inside of the door just before pickup, the manager had the paint repaired as well. I’ll work with Caliber again if the need arises.

The customer service was average. Small details matter, tire stem cap didn’t match the other 3 tires. A basic car wash would have been nice. To make sure the rims matched.

It was a totally stressful experience because of my insurance company doing NOTHING helpful but Taryn, at the front.. she’s AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and gave a sense of calm. 10 outta 10 recommend yall!!! My car looks fantastic!!
