While the actual bodywork finished on the car was satisfactory, the process was far too painful to recommend. Going past the promised timeline, dealing with unanswered calls, and picking up a car with an untouched mirror made for a miserable experience.

The structural bodywork was done well, but the overall repair job was handed back incomplete. At drop-off, I walked around the vehicle with the technician and pointed out damage on both side mirrors. When I picked the car up, one mirror was completely untouched. If insurance declined coverage or if there was a parts issue, no one ever communicated that to me before handing back the keys.

The service experience was ruined by a total breakdown in communication and a lack of follow-through. Out of 14 separate calls I made to get a simple status update, 10 went completely unanswered, forcing me to call repeatedly just to reach a human being. The shop blamed internal backlog on a fired employee, but then went quiet again for weeks. On top of that, a manager never followed up on my request for a deductible credit to offset the disruption to our family schedule.

The repair itself was completed beautifully; and I truly appreciate that they cleaned and polished my car. The payment to the insurance company was handled smoothly. Mike was very nice, professional, competent, and helpful on the phone and overseeing the repairs, and Kevin was extremely nice and thorough in dropping my car off and in placing the VIN sticker. The only issue was the original (former) employee Ryan's poor communication and miscommunications about the time to complete the work, about the delays involved in completing the work, and about the cost of the work. But I appreciate that Mike and Kevin effectively rectified the situation, and I was very pleased with the outcome.
