Great job explaining all the work that was to be done and review when complete. Additional suspension parts were replaced when the initial repairs didn’t meet spec, ensuring everything was right.

They are cranking the work out and the customer service is well honed. The body work looks great but the mechanical fixes leave something to be desired.

They did a great job on the cosmetics. They had issues getting the alignment corrected and exhausted their efforts, but admittedly were not able to get it 100%… guess I will have to take it to my mechanic and pay them to trouble shoot and fix. This will be extra out of pocket expense I was not counting on. Disappointing. They also released the car back to me with the new brake heat shield rubbing on the rotor. It was so loud—hard to imagine they didn’t notice this as soon as they drove the car. It was easy enough for me to fix when I got home, but I did need to jack the car up and remove the wheel to get to it. Good overall but not 100% satisfied
