Very kind and respectful of my time and understanding how stressful a car repair is! Had my rental there soon after I arrived quickly tending to me with my car and estimated time of repair! Updated daily on repairs and timeline and was able to drop my rental off with them and had a smooth transition! Car looked great when I picked it up and nicely detailed looked better than when I dropped it off not only the damage repair but the car in general inside and out!!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my car received from this garage. My car got hit the first snow of the season, left a dent and broke my rear tail light. They communicated with me every step of the way and provided updates. My car looks great and I’m so happy I brought it here for the repairs!

For once I dealt with a real person and it was awesome. The communication was fluid and not cold. Also the relationship with Enterprise saved me time during pick up. It is true this experience was top notch.

They were great! Every member of the team were professional, patient with answering questions. John was great, explained everything, and made sure I had all of my questions answered and never seemed rushed. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name), was fantastic and went above and beyond for me. They have a customer for life.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because at the time of pick up, the gentleman showed me where (and pointed to the specific area) they repaired the edge of my hood but didn’t tell me the entire hood was replaced. I thought it looked different and had my husband look at it when I got home. And we both recognized. It was a completely different/new hood. I’m fine with it and it looks good, but felt they could have been honest.
