Caliber did an excellent job repairing my truck. My only complaint is that my aftermarket LED headlight bulbs didn’t get saved like I had asked and was told they would be if they were still good and I know for a fact the bulbs were still good because they were still fully functional after the accident. But otherwise I’m very satisfied.

Excellent job. Great customer service. Excellent communication. They kept us updated on what was happening with my car, and repaired it where you wouldn’t even guessed it was in an accident. Just overall exceptional. If I ever need work done again I will absolutely use Caliber again.

The quality of the repair I am satisfied with. The speed of the service I am totally dissatisfied with!! I have taken other vehicles for this similar type damage, to competitors say as Johnson auto body in Ashland, Ohio and Baker’s body shop in Mansfield Ohio. Those body shops would take the car at the first of the week and have it done by Friday for pick up!! Caliber collision had my car for a total of 20 calendar days!! The parts should’ve been ordered for the car once the car was scheduled to be brought into the shop!! They were not!! I will not be returning to caliber collision again!!!
