Great updates throughout the process. I almost gave a nine because of a dirty handprint on the panel between the windshield and the passenger doorframe. The exterior looks great and the remainder of the interior looks great too.

Nicole did a great job with the estimate and communication throughout the repair, they also finished the repairs a day early, which was a nice surprise. We were satisfied with the repairs and the truck looks great. The only issue I had is when I picked up the truck and brought it home, I noticed they hadn't cleaned the inside of the truck, it was full of dust, so I called Nicole and she told me to bring it back and they would clean it for me. She apologized and got it cleaned right away and they did a great job. I would have given a 6 or 7 rating, but since Nicole made it right I am giving a 10 rating.

Caliber collision was so incredibly helpful and so prompt with their service. Not only did they finish my truck right on time (a day early actually) but they made her look brand spanking new. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and so polite, I absolutely love this company and the staff here!
