Very happy with the service. Appreciate the quicker than initially expected turnaround, the flexibility to wait for the insurance from the at-fault driver, and the help bringing my car back home. The car looks like nothing happened!

The paint job was poorly done, there was “orange peel” and “fish eyes” through out the paint. My rims weren’t replaced they were sent out to be “fixed” and it was done very poorly as the visibly poor quality is visible from a distance. 3 separate clips that hold on or down plastic and or chrome pieces were broken and or bent. Side note, after I picked up I noticed that one of my headlights was out that wasn’t even I dropped off. I am completely dissatisfied with caliber and would love for them to make it right.

Great job and awesome updates and the car looks great. I noticed one thing. When I start the car the right headlight flashes bright like a flash bulb then goes normal. Thanks guys
