I must admit, I was skeptical when my insurance company suggested Caliber Collision for my auto repairs. After all, this particular shop was brand new - how could they have enough experience to do a good job? Was I ever wrong! Josh and everyone else at the business in Maple Grove made sure all my questions were completely and accurately answered. They demonstrated unparalleled professionalism that is rarely seen in today’s society. Josh made sure I was totally happy with everything they were about to do before they did it, and kept me in the loop at all times. My vehicle was returned to me looking like a new car! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are a rare breed, to be sure. If I ever need work done again (Heaven forbid) I won’t hesitate to go back to Caliber Collision.
