I could not be more satisfied. This was my first accident and I was unfamiliar with the process. From the initial estimate, to the completion of repairs, Stephanie J and Tony M walk me through the process and answered my numerous questions. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly professional and knowledgeable. The shop was clean, well organized and waiting area comfortable. Every single part of my experience with Caliber was excellent. Scott kept me well informed about everything, and the whole process was smooth and professional. They coordinated a rental for me during repairs, and my car was finished in just 4 days. She's good as new! Hope I don't have to have body work done again, but if I do I'm going back to Caliber for sure!
