Again because my husband was able to pick out a dent that they had missed I feel less confident about their work, however overall the car looks like new again!

Upon pick-up there was a dent from hail damage that my husband noticed that they had missed. They took care of it right away, but it was still disappointing that they had missed it. Then driving home my husband noticed a large scratch in the driver window of the vehicle. We called them and they were courteous. We took the car back early the following week and they said the scratch was caused by the car wash. Again, they were able to fix it while we waited but it was irritating that we had to take it back.

Scott cleaned up some areas that needed additional polishing before I left and also checked out the turn signal that wasn't working when I started driving ... apparently the computer just had to reset to recognize one of the front turn signals.

on taking delivery found multiple areas that did not look good. Scott spent about 1 hr polishing and buffing areas I found to correct the issues. Claimed they had done mutiple inspections but some how they still missed these ares which were obvious to me.

Very attentive, kept me informed of my insurance claim status and repair timing and status of. Partnership with car rental assistance was very helpful and made the transfers easy. Overall, fully satisfied with repairs and paint matching. You get an A+, but hope I don’t see you again!!!!

I was more than happy with the service I received from Caliber Collision. My car was 1 month old when it was caught in a severe hail storm. My heart was broken from all of the dings and dents that were in my new baby. The staff at Caliber reassured me that they would have her looking like new. When I picked my vehicle up I was very pleased!
