Ive used Caliber Collision before and it's been a good experience for me. The repairs are fast and the people who work there are friendly. Zach at the Maple Grove store went above and drove me home when my husband couldn't because of his knee surgery.

My vehicle isn’t fixed. There is a new windshield but none of the safety features work. The car beeps constantly. The cruise control doesn’t even work. I was just handed my keys saying someone will contact you. Now I’m getting several text messages that my car is finished and asking me to rate my experience. I spent $50 in Lyft rides to get from the facility to my job and back and it now I’ll have to do it all over again.
