My vehicle isn’t fixed. There is a new windshield but none of the safety features work. The car beeps constantly. The cruise control doesn’t even work. I was just handed my keys saying someone will contact you. Now I’m getting several text messages that my car is finished and asking me to rate my experience. I spent $50 in Lyft rides to get from the facility to my job and back and it now I’ll have to do it all over again.

Ben’s attention and experience recognizing the repairs needed. The touch up paint on none accident areas was very appreciative along with interior vehicle cleaning. Getting something back nicer condition than dropped off is impressive.
