Hail can damage paint. I know our car is old, and there was some wear and tear and paint damage, but the roof was not that bad prior to the hail storm. I tired to explain, but How do you prove that?

Julia’s communication was great and the work at the end was great. I was frustrated that parts would come in broken and delay the repair process, but overall good work.

Working with Julia was great. She explained everything. The reason for the lower score is the timing of everything kept getting pushed back due to parts coming in broken and having that delay. That was frustrating as I had additional repairs to make to the car after body work so was hard to schedule.
