The work appears to be perfectly completed, our van looks like new. I really appreciated the constant updates via call or text, the help with calling the rental car place, and how they seamlessly worked with my insurance company. I would come back but hopefully I don’t need to!

Did not fix my car correctly. I drove it off the lot and within a day I was stranded on the side of the road and had to have my car towed. The customer service was good at Caliber Collision. It’s the company they subbed the job out to didn’t do it correctly. I was told afterwards when my car had to be towed back in, that they don’t specialize in what was wrong with my car. I sure wish I knew that before hand. It would have saved a lot of inconvenience and headaches.
