IThe customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Alicia provided amazing follow-up throughout the entire process, keeping me informed with regular status updates. She was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Larry, the mechanic who worked on my Toyota, did an exceptional job. His repair work was of the highest quality, and you can tell he takes real pride in his craftsmanship. I'm extremely satisfied with how my vehicle looks and runs.

Was disappointed that the wrap on hood wasn't done reminded you a couple of times it needed to be done, now I have to arrange transport to and from the shop to have it done very inconvenient for me
