Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. My repair took a little longer than expected, but I understand these things take time. I was super happy that they cleaned and washed my car. It smells brand new!

The communication on the status of my repair was poor. When I called to inquire, the finish date was extended 3 business days. Then I receive a text 1 day after the finish date that it was complete and I had 45 minutes to pick it up before the shop was closing.
