After using the car for a few days, it has been running very well. The car was is the shop for about 8 wks but needed major repairs. I understand Honda parts were used. When the insurance Co stopped paying for the rental, Caliber paid for the remainder of the rental which I really appreciated.Thank u for your thorough care of my car

Absolutely amazing team. I was in a bind and when I called I got to speak with Kathy. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and extremely empathetic.. When I got to the shop, Andrew did the estimate .. Again, he was amazing! Such awesome customer service and so kind! Don’t think I have ever had such a wonderful experience anywhere else.
