Took 6 weeks to replace a suspension on a Honda Accord. I spent over $1,250 out of pocket on car rentals. For the first 2 weeks the vehicle wasn't being worked on. Every week after I will get an update stating that the repairs are being pushed back another week. This went on for over a month. Suspensions on Honda usually take 1-6 days to fix, not 6 weeks. After being fixed, the vehicle still drags to the left and the stereo f wheel feel harder than before it went in. I hear a click sound whenever I put the car in drive or reverse. I am highly disappointed in the length of time it took to have the repairs done. Thanks for Naomi and Mike for trying to assist during the process.

Mike and Naomi did their best to help alleviate my concerns, but again it took too long to fix. And the quality of repair is still up for debate. Just glad to have my vehicle back

Camera calibration might be slightly off and trunk latch feels like it is not perfectly aligned. Repaired line work was slightly smeared. Interior window area sticky from replacement glass install.
