My repair was supposed to include a wheel repair, but it didn’t get done. Estimator said they would have their wheel guy call me and arrange the repair, but have not heard anything from them.

I clearedly stayed I didn’t know what they hit my car with...Not sure how State Farm was charged $3500 for this. The car is not that big, that you should leave scratches anywhere on the car.

I am not sure what happened but the only damage that was on my car was on the back right side by the brake light. I now have a license plate impression on the back of my car that was not there... so baffled. I will show it to State Farm this week. There are also swirls marks and errors in the paint job. The pics that were sent to me looked like you did an entire paint job on the car and when I actually picked it up there was the imprint from license to lates in the back of it scratches on several areas of the car as well as paint errors ... disappointed!

Front desk customer service terrible during initial dropoff (made to wait 5+ min as front desk took a call after I arrived and helped that customer first). Bill wasn’t available many times for calls and didn’t call back/reach out as promised
