The process was efficient, and Caliper kept me informed as the repairs progressed. Once complete, they arranged for my rental car to be picked up--allowing me to simply get in my car and leave.

The staff was extremely helpful. Any concerns we had was addressed. Promptly notified of any additional repairs needed and provided additional cost. My paid for the repairs and did not use my auto insurance. We were given a completion day and they I received my SUV on that date. I recommend Caliber Collison to all my family and friends.

I enter hoping that everything would go well. Well guess what it did! My son and I left with a smile. The manager and staff are exceptionally spectacular.. The car was clean and the work that was done was as it wasn’t in an accident. I was also assured that if we had any problems that everything was guaranteed which was very assuring. 5 stars! I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. I was happy with the quality of the repairs and how smoothly everything was handled. They answered all of my questions, consistently answered the phone, and helped me communicate with the rental car company, which made the process much less stressful. They clearly explained each step of the estimate and repair process and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. I never once felt confused or unaware of what was happening with my car. That level of communication and transparency really made a difference. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for reliable service and excellent customer care.
