After picking up my vehicle I noticed it still an dent at the end of the hatch that rise the hood in the back maybe you did not notice it because it was covered with silver chrome

Greg did a wonderful job explaining the process once I dropped my car off. I was kept updated on repairs from the automated system as well. The convenience of pick up/drop off with Enterprise rental from the Caliber location was also very beneficial. When I picked up my car, the associate went over all repairs to match the invoice and explained after care very clearly. I would use Caliber again if needed.

The day I was to drop off my car, I was told that Caliber would not accept my car after 4:00 on Friday. My appointment was for 4PM. When I called the office where I made my appointment, they were just as surprised as I to learn that Calibur would not accept my appointment. In fact I was informed Caliber closed at 5:00PM. As a result, I was unable to drop my car off until the next week.
