The customer service was great. Everyone was very professional and polite. The best part is I got my car back within a week although the time line was estimated to be longer.

Very professional. I was called and notified of the time line for the repairs, the cost to repair the damage to my vehicle, what parts they already had and what parts they were waiting for. When I picked up my car we went over the details of what was fixed and notified of the warranty. Overall excellent customer service.

When I arrived at Caliber Collision I was a bit upset. After being involved in a Hit and Run accident and having to take time off of work, I just wanted my car fixed. The personnel were professional and worked their behinds off to get my car repaired in a timely fashion. I hope to never be in another accident like the one I had, but if I ever do, I will be bringing my car back! Thank you again!
