I would have given a 5 initially because the first appointment to pick up my vehicle was not so good. It was obvious my bumper cover had been dropped as the corners were chipped and the right side over the tire was not aligned correctly. My vehicle had to be put back in the shop for painting of the marks and realignment. I gave a 7 since they were able to get it right the second time.

I would have given a 10 but when I got my vehicle back each wheel was missing the locking lug nut and I was told it was safe to drive with only the remainder lug nuts. That wasn't acceptable to me and the excuse was that they never found the wheel lock key. I am 100% positive that the wheel lock key was in the spare tire compartment when I took the vehicle in to Caliber collision because I had checked the same morning before I dropped off the vehicle. In fact, before I left the facility I told Josh that if they needed the wheel lock key it was in the spare tire compartment. I was totally confused when I got a call asking where was the wheel lock key. I told the employee where it was and he never called back so I assumed he found it. Well he said he never found it and had to go to Sheehy to get a master key to remove the wheels. That is still a mystery to me but to return the vehicle as completed with the lug nuts missing was unacceptable. Also, one of the chrome studs from the bug deflector is missing. I am not sure if it happened in the accident but am 100% it was'snt missing before the accident. With that chrome piece missing it takes away from the appearance of the all chrome bug deflector on the hood of the vehicle. That should have been repaired or replaced whether it happened during the accident or during the time the vehicle was in the care of Caliber collision.
