Despite the intrusion of severe cold weather and being hampered by the ensuing ice storm, Caliber worked with their subcontractors to ensure my vehicle was repaired, and repaired quickly. They kept me in the loop and advised as soon as it was ready when I could pick it up. Excellent service!

I really appreciated the customer friendly service extended to this senior citizen at a very stressful time. I felt confident in the anticipated service that I would receive. Hassan (I believe I have the name right) initially walked me through what I could expect. He was true to his word. I can’t say enough about Rochelle (forgive me if I misspelled her name) for keeping me updated on the progress with my vehicle. Even more so, she was kind, patient and understanding.
