I will NEVER recommend this shop. Unless the receptionist and bill the manager get fired for the horrible customer service they have, I will NEVER tell someone to come here. If I hear someone mention they’re planning on coming here, even a stranger, I’d pay them to go somewhere else.

The actual repair was great. The workers who actually physically did the work on my vehicle did a great job. Bill the manager and my advisor on the other hand was horrible and deserves to be demoted.
