I opted in for text messages and never received any communication from anyone I had to consistently call to find out status . When i questioned them about this situation , the person on phone argued with me that I opted out of communication and I proved that i didnt ... If you know your system doesnt communicate pick up phone and call the customer .

Fantastic team and has been great to work with. One of the most obvious issues to me was not resolved, but they have ordered a part and hopeful this will be fixed when part comes in.
