I have gone to the same shop for years, even through all the name changes. Larry Strobel always makes sure I am happy, he goes above and beyond to make sure my truck looks as good as new. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

I wanted to drop my car off as soon as the repairs were approved. I was denied a ride from the shop so I had to wait another week and a half to bring my car in. Then it wasn’t done before I left to spend the holiday with my family. I received a rude call basically complaining because my car hadn’t been picked up yet. Well if I would have just been given the 5 mile ride home in the first place the car wouldn’t have sat there so long!!
