Just a quick observation—both times I entered the building, no one was at the front desk. I waited for a while before eventually having to walk to the back to find someone. I just wanted to make you aware, as it created a less-than-ideal first impression.

The body color and the bumper don’t match as expected. The dealership explained that both are painted with the same color, but because the bumper is made of fiber/plastic while the rest of the vehicle is metal, the bumper appears slightly darker and the body looks lighter. While this may be considered normal due to the different materials, the color difference is still noticeable and affects the overall appearance of the vehicle.

The lack of communication throughout the repair process was very frustrating. I called multiple times for updates and never received a return call. Additionally, the plastic wheel trim now has a noticeable gap. I was told that the heat would cause it to mold to the vehicle better, but this gap did not exist before the accident, so I do not consider that an acceptable explanation.

The door now makes a rattle when closing and the mirror is not the same. I think the door should've been an exact match to the one I had, it is a very noticeable difference.
