Efficient and courteous. The Calliber Collision team explained the process, set my expectations for completion, kept me continuously updated along the way, made it easy for me to reach out with any questions, and even offered to accommodate a late pickup time, if necessary. A great example of high quality service. And when all was said and done, the collision repair looked great and the team had sequence pictures to illustrate what repair work was done. Very satisfied.

My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing but positive. After an unfortunate auto accident my car had some very bad damage to several areas of the car. An estimator from Caliber Collision , Matthew , made a thorough exam of the damage and was able to give us an estimate of the cost of repairs. We left the car for repairs. We were notified when the repairs were completed, which was the time we were given for repairs. When we arrived to pick up the car, Matthew took my husband around the car and pointed out all the repairs done . We were very satisfied with the repairs and the service we received from Caliber Collision .Thanks to all involved in making this experience positive. I would recommend Caliber Collision for auto bodywork repairs.
