Great experience. The caliber people in Mason were the best. They just did it “right”. I could hear it in there voices that it seemed like I was their only customer and wanted me to be reassured that they were taking care of business on my car repair. On pick up day Mark was great. He went over some of the details of the repair with pictures and filled me in on some repair details which I was glad to hear about. He really showed that he cared about the repair and getting the vehicle with us to move on. He was genuinely glad for us to have the car back.
