I just want to say I am very happy with Collision Calibar not only did they do a wonderful job on my car, but ASHLEY kept me updated on the process. And also, when I came to pick up my car, I could not get a baby car seat out of the rental due to a shoulder injury. I was gonna go in to the lobby and ask where the Rental car was gonna go and I was just gonna call them and pick up the baby feet. I have another time. But ASHLEY heard me in the lobby and she came out and she came out in the freezing cold and took the baby feet out of the rental car and put it in my car. I just want to give a high five to ASHLEY, she Was amazing.

John was extremely helpful and professional! He didn't try to get work out of my car that didn't need done. He gave his honest opinion on what he would repair if it were his car, and gave me a detailed explanation of the work they would do. I would highly recommend Caliber to friends & family! I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received on my 2016 Kia Sorento. My car sat at your Mitchell office for several days before, I received a call about asking if I was agreeable to have it sent to another location for faster service. It took a a total of 22 days to repair, what I consider to be minor scratches on my vehicle. However, I am completely satisfied with the repair work done on my vehicle.
