I have used Caliber Collision twice to repair my car. I have found that Caliber is highly professional and provides outstanding service. The manager, Matt, personally greats you and walks you through the process of your repair. He goes out if his way to make sure you are updated on a regular basis. I've been to many similar businesses, and this is by far the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I will refer anyone with body work repairs to this location.

The staff were very kind and helpful. My car looked great when I got it back but they were unable to diagnose a thumping sound under the car which began after the accident. I had to go to a different mechanic who fixed a broken piece under the car.

i was dissappointed that my car came back to me dirty.. and that the molding was only on one side... as long as it took, it could've looked better
