The caliber team did a great job repairing my truck after being rear ended. We were able to get the rental from there and drop it off there which was nice as well. One less stop for us to have to deal with. Additionally, everyone on the team was very nice and communication was constant about how the repair was commencing.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The staff was so prepared with paperwork and informed us of the process. Our vehicle was thoroughly inspected by a friendly and very knowledgeable lady. Upon leaving, we were regularly informed via text on the status of the repair. To our amazement, our vehicle was completed ahead of time and it looked wonderful. Bravo to the repair team; our car looks brand new. PS Thank you for the popcorn and coffee, what a lovely treat!
