Sheila Hall at the Caliber shop in Massaponax was fabulous to work with from the first call I place to the shop. She fully explained everything I needed to do to get my appointment set up for my estimate and got me in the very next day to get the repair process started. As soon as we met to do the estimate all the way to picking up the car today she was the example of the professionalism anyone would expect from a business. She was very helpful in explaining how the repair process would be executed and promised to keep me update all along the way. As soon as I dropped the car off for the repairs and left I had a message on my phone before I got home thanking me for trusting Caliber to repair my car and that I would be receiving multiple updates from her along the way. Sure enough, she maintained constant communication with me, and kept me at ease knowing the repairs were coming along better than expected and the vehicle show be ready earlier than expected as well. When me and my daughter picked up the car today Sheila personally drove it around to the front of the shop to great us and went over every detail of the repairs that were made, to include sharing photos she had taken of the repair process. I have ro be honest here, my initial feeling about having Caliber do the work because thats who my insurance company recommended had me a little nervous, considering I used to work for Hyundai, and would have preferred to have dealer shop do the work, but after meeting with Sheila I felt a lot more comfortable trusting them to do a good job! Sheila, if you should be able to see this message, thank so much again for your dedication, professionalism and service from start to finish!!! Im going to rate this a 10 because the ladies i dealt with were very professional and helpful to me; however I did want to point out that during my visit to drop of my vehicle for repair, I was asking the lady I was dealing with a question about the "Transfer Policy" just for some clarity, and before she could answer my question, a black female that was also behind the counter at the other end decided to answer my question without being prompted. While her explanation may have been accurate, I was not directing my question to her. And then when I asked the rep that was helping me another question the other woman decided to chime in again! This has nothing to do with gender or race, but I did not appreciate the way this other rep from the shop barged into the conversation I was having with the rep that greeted me upon my arrival. I just thought someone should be made aware of how unprofessional that particular person at the front desk was during my visit...

I liked everything about caliper, from the front desk ladies, to Noel who kept me informed about what stage the work was in to Enterprise Rental that I've never dealt with but I was really impressed with their service. I believe that the front bumper of the car is not properly attached and there are scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle that were not there when the vehicle was dropped off. Id like to know how we can go about fixing this

Caliber under promises and over delivers!! Everyone is very professional and friendly. Reasonable priced, with excellent quality. However, I really hope I don't need to use you again 😜
