I would tell referrals to ask for contactless pick up and drop off as it was not recommended by the shop. There was no overnight drop off available, which would’ve been preferable. The hours to pick up the car were very inconvenient for those working, as there is no after hour pick up available.

They should make all paperwork available online ahead of time for individuals to sign due to covid -19 instead of waiting for the customer to suggest it. I was able to complete most of it online but I would have preferred no contact at all. I also felt pressured to do this survey, being texted 9 times since it was prepared was a bit too much for my taste. The customer service itself was very good though.
