Chose Caliber because of the reviews, I wasn’t happy with the result, talked to tech about my concern I saw the fixed car wasn’t properly sealed and I saw a huge gap the excuse I got from tech was “ that the car was repaired before and tried to show me and talked more about the back of my car that the paint was peeling off and keep talking about the back of my car when she was the first person for the first time fixing the front of my car” guess what , driving back home 3 minutes away from Caliber shop, the hood flipped up and broken my windshield. Bad experience ever. I’ll also make sure I can also share my review on social media because the tech should make sure customer is satisfied with the repair , I assumed it was the end of the day and she may also was tired, and wanted to go home. Unfortunately I noticed the hood wasn’t properly closing when the missing screws were added but the tech was gone to let her know.

Could notice front desk lady didn’t like I misspelled her name by mistake due to I wanted to make sure I got the right email so I spelled it back again and added an extra R to her name Teri , immediately she changed her tone of voice.

First of all ..your front desk ladies were AWESOME...And Dusty was on point as far as letting me know what was going on with my vehicle...keeping me well informed! And all who worked on my VW...WHAT AN AWESOME JOB THEY DID!
