The only thing I didn’t like about caliber collusion is that when they takeoff my rear bumper due to insurance issue I decided to take it somewhere else! for them to put my rear bumper back the way it was before, they did NOT ,, and I asked the Manager why is that?? he told me that’s the only way they can put it back and he’s gonna put a taped on my rear bumper to hold it,,,Hmm right there I feel like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about because I fixed that problem by myself.

Not knowing how to use it for a collision repair shop they are very good and yes I would they did a great job they outperformed most that I've used throughout my lifetime I'm 65 years old and I've had a great amount of vehicles in my lifetime and caliber did a great job and yes I would recommend them anytime

Every did a great job from the office to the shop Dusty did a great job keeping us updated throughout the whole process Erie is a lousy insurance company there adjuster was hard to work with, i with be replacing Erie asap , i feel sorry because Dusty is such a honest employee and truly tried to take care of business Erie made it difficult Terry is a professional in the business she is a great asset to your company thanks again John Shipe.
