I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience than I had here with jeremy. Great communication, very fast and good work, was very kind to break down the process and explain everything to me. Give jeremy a raise! The lady that works the front desk is lovely as well. I am overall satisfied (8/10) but I think better attention to detail could and should have been paid, which would make me hesitant to give a wholehearted recommendation.

The paint job looks fantastic. The color match is excellent. The new tail light looks great as well. My only complaint is that the exterior plastic trim was clearly hand cut and has a couple of jagged spots, as opposed to the original trim which is very smooth. No one will ever notice but me, so I'm not actively upset about it, but it's an attention to detail thing.
