peyton was very helpful, but there was a lag in communication at times from the estimator who was also dealing with personal problems. When she was out, the work didn't seem to progress as quickly.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after someone backed into my driver-side door. From start to finish, the team was excellent. They kept me updated with daily texts, which I really appreciated—it made the whole process stress-free. The atmosphere was friendly, and the front desk staff were very personable and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Lucy, my service advisor—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was top-notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The general manager was also fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The work they did looks great and they finished a week earlier than the estimated completion date. My claim was insurance related so I didn't shop around so I don't know how their pricing compares to others, but I would definitely consider them for any future repairs and recommend others do as well.
