Everyone was very friendly, supportive, and cooperative. I was helped by the girl at the front desk and by Ms. Lucy, both of whom were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly appreciated the frequent updates on the progress of the repairs. Ms. Lucy answered all my questions with patience and in clear language. The repairs were done in such an excellent way that when I came to pick up the car, it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it.
