Caliber Collision (Maumelle/NLR location) exceeded my expectations. I stopped in for a repair estimate, and Lucy assisted me right away. She assured me that the worked well with my insurance company, and had the estimate to me within an hour. Once I dropped off my vehicle, they were honest and said that it may take 2-3 weeks due to the upcoming holidays. I dropped it off on a Monday, Lucy and her team (I think Hugo was my repair technician) were in contact with me via text with updates nearly daily! I picked my vehicle up the follow Wednesday, looking as good as new! One thing I really appreciated is that Lucy knew/called me by name every time I was in the lobby! She has extensive knowledge and is a great asset to the business. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and their team!

Everyone was fantastic! Lucy was on top of things and had my vehicle in and repaired all within 1.5 weeks! This was even over the holidays! Will definitely recommend Caliber Collision, and use the again in the future if needed!

There is a slight divot in the bumper that I had noticed while rotating my tires. Not sure if it’s something to do with the paint or if it’s dirt, but so don’t think dirt would cause a divot in the front pumper.
