Every aspect of my experience with Caliber was exceptional. I could not be more pleased. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. Repairs were too quality; so nice that I also got a freshly washed and cleaned car! Very impressed with the level of service - especially the frequent text updates on the status of repairs. Work was completed promptly and ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone who needs car body work done.

I can’t in good conscience recommend CC. This was my first time using CC and really didnt know they existed. However, if I am told my car is repaired then those are my expectations when I arrive. Especially if I have waited nearly over a month for my car. So to arrive and find out from my own inspection that my car is in fact NOT repaired properly and I must go through the process again is not commendable. A rental was paid for one day after I dropped the car off Monday. However, Enterprise wasn’t even on time, after calling me to make sure I would be there on time. In fact, At not fault of CC, they actually wanted a way out of coming to pick me up from CC. Within an hour or so of having the rental, CC tells me my car is fixed. The due diligence should have been performed the first time. This is the period when you check and recheck and check again. The customer should not find the error!!! There are still areas in my sunshade that look like they could one day cause a problem. And the shade seemed like it should have been tighter and not loose and wavy in the middle. That is not the way it looked prior to being repaired. But I’m told that there’s a warranty.

This rating is a 7 only because when I actually did speak with associates, they were polite. Had it not been for that, the rating would be lower. I received no status updates or notifications for 99% of the duration that CC had my car for repairs which was nearly a month. It was explained that my number was incorrect in CC system.
